$300,000 Recovery in Underinsured Motorist Case

The Piscitelli Law Firm obtained a $300,000 total recovery for a 78-year-old man injured in a 50 mph T-bone collision.

After the at-fault driver tendered Ohio’s $25,000 minimum limits, the firm pursued the client’s $300,000 underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage.
