Defendant failed to yield and turned left into path of my client. Client suffered neck, back, and soft tissue injuries, as well as a concussion. Client has ongoing post concussive injuries, such as noise and light sensitivity that prevented him from finishing flight school and becoming a commercial pilot.

His father’s family moved to Cleveland from Italy on May 22, 1958, with a few articles of clothing, some personal items and very little money.
